What is TPN?
The Players Network (TPN) is a network/community created by players, for players, to give professional women’s footballers the resources, knowledge, connections, and confidence they need to make informed, empowered decisions as they pursue a career abroad.
Who is TPN?
TPN was founded by 3 current pro footballers Gabby Cuevas, Sam Rosette, and Bri Reed, who have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly of playing abroad, and they built TPN to give players more of the “good”. However, TPN is not just them. TPN is every player involved, as it was designed with the intention of leveraging and capitalizing on the power of the women’s football community and the players in it to protect, connect, and empower one another.
The Founders are a diverse group of women with a collective 14 years of professional experience in 10 different countries (and counting). Through their own experiences, they have found that so many great players:
lack knowledge about the process and realities of going/playing abroad,
struggle to find a team,
experience exploitation, mistreatment, and unprofessionalism from agents and clubs,
do not get the support they need and deserve as they pursue their dreams,
lack community and resources when they get there.
We want to change all that. And we believe that through our experiences and our collective growing community, we have the knowledge, power, and resources to help other players in our boots have the positive experiences they deserve, as well as push the game of women’s football forward.

“I had a friend of mine help me in my career with finding teams and passing on my name. She is one of the reasons I am still playing to this day. I hope to be able to help players do the same. Players deserve that, and deserve to pursue their dreams of playing professionally on their own terms.”

What are TPN’s Values?
Community
Utilizing the unique and special nature of the women’s game to form a network of players helping each other through the process of playing abroad.
Empowerment
Helping players take their power back by giving each other the opportunities and resources to play where we deserve, and not relying on anyone else.
No one will take your career more seriously than you.
Accountability
Holding teams/clubs/coaches accountable for their actions and treatment of players.
Transparency
There is a blatant lack of transparency in the women’s game that often leads to exploitation. We believe in being completely honest about all aspects of this process even if it is not pleasant hear in order to protect the players.
Trust & Integrity
Buying into the network & power of our community - knowing that everyone involved has genuine intentions to help each other & grow women’s football.
